Its location right at Columbia Basin College was marvellous. Loved the way our a double room with very comfortable bed was arranged. Everything was good, nevertheless a few employees were extremely rude. The staff was accommodating - we will be back.

Here's why it's a mixed review
The staff were very friendly and helpful. The spacious lobby and well-maintained breakfast area contributed positively to the mood of my stay.
Unfortunately, my room showed serious signs of wear, with dirty floors and inadequate coffee options. The check-in process was also frustratingly slow!

Comfortable and convenient stay
Had a nice room with really comfy beds. Breakfast was awesome, exactly what we needed. The lobby area was great for our group to chill, but wow, the door slamming from the halls was a bit much. The hotel is pet-friendly too, a huge plus for us!

I liked the staff
I didnt like that iw was told that I was to get a free breakfast and to be charged at the end of our stay wasnt good, once I brought that up to the front desk they was able to take that charge off, I also seen that they placed a 300.00 hold on my card which I wasnt aware that was going to happen now I have to wait for the rest of my money to be released.

The bartender, James, really went above and beyond to ensure my safety after an unsettling incident with another guest, even giving me a code word for reassurance. I made the most of the sunny days lounging by the outdoor pool and enjoying the garden area. The bathroom could use some updates, but it didn’t detract from my overall stay! 😊

The staff were attentive. The spacious lobby was beautifully decorated. The accessibility features throughout the hotel, including ramps, catered to my needs as a senior.
More accessible seating options in public areas would help.

The pool was well maintained, and the night vibes at the built-in nightclub were super fun. Had a great time watching the game on TV.
Felt totally at home, no complaints whatsoever.

Great for couples looking for space
I gotta say, the layout of this place is something else. It's like a maze, but in a good way was great. The complimentary breakfast was a solid way to kickstart our mornings and the staff were friendly.
It wasn't exactly budget-friendly, but for the experience, I think it's still acceptable.

The outdoor pool was a highlight for us. We had a comfy room, and the architecture gave a cozy vibe. Plus, the gym had great equipment.

missingWrote a review on 23 Julspacious family suitefriendly staffpool accessfirm beds
We had a spacious family suite which was perfect for our large crew. The kids enjoyed the pool, and we took advantage of nearby attractions like the TRAC Center. The staff were friendly and accommodating.
My wife says that the beds were too firm for a comfortable sleep. An improvement would be having more kid-friendly snacks in the vending area.
